Hydraulic pumps can be tested and a printed read-out of flow v pressure can be produced to establish their condition. Hydraulic cylinders are also be tested to prove the integrity of the seals, pre-empting potential breakdowns. Remedial work can then be undertaken at a convenient time for production.

We offer a planned maintenance program, checking systems at an agreed time interval dependant on frequency of use, shutdowns etc.

Hydraflow are also qualified to inspect and charge accumulators, which should be checked periodically to conform to the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR). Written Schemes to satisfy company insurance can be implemented.
